Privacy Policy
solotravel.ai is a small, early product. This page says plainly what we keep and who can see it.
Your account. Signing in with Google or a magic link gives us your email, and you choose a display name and username. We do not sell, share, or rent any of it.
Your chats and trips. Conversations with the planner are saved to your account so you can come back to them. They are private to you, with one exception: the solotravel.ai team may read conversations to understand what people ask for and to improve the planner. We never publish them, never share them outside the team, and never use them to contact you. A trip you save gets an unlisted link that only people you send it to can open. Deleting a chat or a trip removes it from our database for good.
Your own address on the map. If you type a hotel or address as your base, it stays on your device and is never saved to our servers or included in a shared plan.
Community posts. Tips, questions, replies, and trip reports are public and shown with your display name. You can delete your own posts at any time.
Services we rely on.Plans are written by an AI model from a third-party provider. Your message text is sent to that provider to produce the answer, and nothing else about you goes with it. Maps, place details, photos, and walking routes come from Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google's privacy policy. Weather and travel advisories come from public sources. None of these services get your name or email from us.
Email updates. If you leave your email for launch news, we use it only for that and you can unsubscribe at any time.
